GENEVACCORD ADR can be mandated as soon as both parties have elected to enter the mediation process. This decision is either agreed upon by the parties themselves or suggested by their respective advisors or counsels. Commonly, in a judicial mediation situation, GENEVACCORD ADR will be mandated by a judge whereas in a civil or conventional mediation situation, we can be mandated at the parties' discretion.
Although GENEVACCORD ADR performs many types of mediations in Switzerland and abroad, we mostly specialize in the following areas:
Our Geneva headquarters are located at: 8 rue des Vieux Grenadiers, 1205 Geneva and offer a mediation room as well as private counseling chambers.
